Cinque Terre Tour

Lerici, Riomaggiore and Monterosso

From Florence, you will travel north with your driver/guide to visit the ancient villages that lay along the Ligurian coastline known as the “Cinque Terre” (“Five Lands”). Your first stop will be in the Mariner town of Lerici. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the town’s notorious castle, which controls the entrance of the Gulf of La Spezia and houses reconstructions of the main dinosaurs and reptiles found in Italy. From Lerici, you will travel by car to the first of the five lands, Riomaggiore. Here you will have the opportunity to take in breathtaking views of the coastline by walking along the Via dell’Amore (Lover’s Walk). From Riomaggiore, you can then travel by boat to experience the five lands in their greatest splendor from the perspective of the sea. Your will disembark at the last of the five towns, Monterosso Al Mare, where your driver/guide will be waiting for you. Upon request, we will suggest a nice restaurant where you may enjoy the local cuisine before travelling back to Florence.
