Scavi Tour

On this walking tour, you will explore the Necropolis, also known as City of the Dead. The tour consists of a 60-minute visit underneath Saint Peter’s Basilica. Without a doubt, it is an amazing experience for both visitors who are fond of archeology and for those who have very strong Christian beliefs. At the end of the tour, visitors will be able to access the place that many archaeologists recognize as the tomb of St. Peter, or more precisely, the area where they found his bones, which has been venerated by Christians since the first century.
