Murano and Venetian Islands Boat Tour

Your tour leader will meet you at your hotel with a private boat to begin your tour of the famous Venetian islands. You will start in Murano, where you will visit the most important glass factories in Venice and experience a glass-making demonstration. Then you will be taken to Burano, a fishermen’s island known for its multi-colored houses. The last tour stop is Torcello, the first island to be inhabited in the lagoon, where you will learn the history of the island and see its beautiful cathedral with mosaics. During one of your stops and upon request, your guide will suggest a local restaurant where you may enjoy the traditional cuisine of the Venice and its islands.
