Venice and the Venetian Islands Full-Day Boat and Walking Tour

Your guide will meet you at your hotel with a private boat to begin your tour of the famous Venetian islands. You will start in Murano, where you will visit the most important glass factories in Venice and experience a glass-making demonstration. Then you will be taken to Burano, a fishermen’s island known for its multi-colored houses. Arriving back to Venice, you will visit the major sites, including: Saint Mark’s Square, the central landmark and gathering place in Venice; the Basilica of San Marco, the original chapel of the Venetian rulers; and the Grand Canal, often called “the most beautiful street in the world.”
